Payment and Shipment
Payment of all charges for your Easy Rise® Table, shipping, handling and taxes must be received before we can commence to fill your order. We accept money orders, personal checks and most credit and debit cards.
Dewees Enterprises, LLC does not ship directly to addresses outside the United States. Shipments to overseas locations must be shipped to an address within the United States first, then transshipped to the overseas location. The transshipment is completely the responsibility of customer or customer representative. For overseas purchases the address listed for the credit card must be identical to the ship to address within the United States.
Delivery Time ARO:
The current promised delivery of Easy Rise® Tables is 6 weeks ARO (after receipt of order). If the specific combination of table model and options you order is currently in stock, your table will ship immediately ARO and should arrive within two weeks or less.
Easy Rise® Tables are normally shipped in three cartons. The first contains the table top; the second contains the table column (or “core”) and the third contains the table base. Each carton contains detailed, easy to follow, instructions, all necessary screws and the simple wrenches needed for assembly. Every Easy Rise® Table is preassembled and checked and serviced before it is disassembled and carefully packed for shipment. The Caster Kits and Anchor Kits are also packed in separate cartons which include all necessary instructions, hardware and wrenches. No special skill is needed to assemble your Easy Rise® Table.
Shipping in three cartons instead of one big crate keeps the shipping cost down and allows us to ship via Fed Ex. It also allows you to receive your Easy Rise® Table more quickly and to have less trouble disposing of the packing materials. If you feel you must receive your Easy Rise® Table completely assembled, contact us for a detailed estimate of the additional cost and the special shipping arrangements.
